Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can get busy and we all have to move things around from time to time. If you need to re-schedule or cancel your appointment then please do so on our booking system if booked online, or call me if you have booked offline. ‘No-Shows’ or Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the start time will be charged at the booked session rate and will not be eligible for refund.
